WESTCHESTER, Ill., May 19, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO), a leading provider of
agriculturally derived ingredients to diversified industries, announced
today that its Board of Directors has elected Diane J. Frisch, 55, as
Vice President, Human Resources, an officer of the Company. She reports
to Ilene Gordon, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Frisch has more than 30 years of experience in the field of human
resources. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for the
development of global organizational effectiveness programs; human
resources policy deployment; employee development and training;
compensation and benefit program development; labor relations; and
post-merger integration management.
Frisch comes to Corn Products International from Alcan Packaging, a
specialty packaging company serving the food, beverage, pharmaceutical,
medical, beauty and tobacco markets, where she was vice president of
human resources and communications for that company's Food Americas and
Global Pharmaceutical Packaging businesses. At that company, Frisch
directed a human resources organization that supported more than 9,000
employees at 32 facilities throughout North America, South America and
Europe.
Prior to joining Alcan Packaging, Frisch served as vice president of
human resources for the flexible packaging business of Pechiney, an
aluminum and packaging company with headquarters in Paris and Chicago.
She has also served as vice president of human resources for Culligan
International Company, a leading water treatment company; vice president
and director of human resources for Alumax Mill Products, Inc., a
division of Alumax Inc.; director of human resources for U.S. Reduction
Company; and manager of human resources for American Can Company.
Frisch holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Ithaca College
in Ithaca, New York, and a master of science degree in industrial
relations from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.
Frisch succeeds former Corn Products Vice President, Human Resources
James J. Hirchak, who retired from the Company.
